What To Expect at Lake Springs Church

What To Expect at Lake Springs Church

We know that visiting a church for the first time might bring up some questions, so we want to give you a glimpse at what you can expect before you attend Lake Springs.

Whether you are an individual or a family of many, we value you uniquely and have a place for you to continue your journey seeking Christ.

Want to learn more? Below are answers to a few questions you might have before your first visit.

Our worship services typically are between an hour and an hour and fifteen minutes in length. You can expect worship that celebrates Jesus, moments of quiet to center ourselves before the Lord, and a sermon focused on the Word of God. We also take communion together each week as an act of remembrance of the sacrifice that Jesus gave and an act of repentance, acknowledging that we are in need of a Savior.

Service starts at 10:30am. We suggest arriving a few minutes before service to allow time for parking, grabbing coffee, etc. If you are registering children for the first time, feel free to arrive a little early to allow time for registration.

There are parking lots directly next to and behind our building at 304 Raleigh St. There is also street parking available on Raleigh Street and Center Street. Lastly, there is a large public parking lot available directly across Main Street in downtown Holly Springs.

Absolutely! Lake Springs has a vibrant ministry serving children and families. Each week we offer biblically-centered programming to connect with each age group. We have specialized classes for children ages 0-5th Grade on Sunday mornings and our Students Group for 6th-12th Grade meets on Sunday evenings.

We care far more about you than what you wear, so come in whatever makes you feel comfortable! Most people wear casual weekend attire, some choose to dress more formal, and some choose to dress more casual. Come in what makes you comfortable and you’ll fit right in!

Lake Springs is located right in the heart of downtown Holly Springs at 304 Raleigh St.

Not at all! We don’t pass an offering plate during services, so don’t worry about feeling uncomfortable visiting. We provide giving boxes located in the back of our worship center for those that feel led to give and many people decide to give online. Tithes and offerings given go to support the church and both local and international missions. As our guest, please don’t feel any pressure to give before you get to know us.

No, we will not call you out or make you feel uncomfortable as a guest. We will simply invite anyone that is visiting to fill out a connect card if they are interested in learning more about the church. We donate to the Holly Springs Food Cupboard on your behalf for every first time guest.

We’re excited that you’re considering visiting us. We can’t wait to meet you!
